About SIXTY YEARS AGO the West Ham Group met every Wednesday evening in West Ham for their Club Night, then at weekends off we would go! Off we went to Cudham, Nazeing, Kemsing, High Roding, Saffron Walden and many more hostels that we visited. Those were happy days. Let's continue to enjoy the countryside at every oportunity. Also let's pass on the idea of youth hostelling to younger folk, they have the world out there to explore.
